SERVICE QUALITY POLICY

1. Policy Statement

Water Pint Pvt Ltd is committed to delivering exceptional after-sales service and technical support for all its products including RO Plants, DM Plants, DEF Water Systems, Drinking Water Units, and Water Softeners. Our goal is to enhance customer satisfaction through timely, reliable, and professional service.

2. Objectives

• Ensure minimal downtime through timely response and resolution.
• Maintain high service quality standards through trained personnel.
• Provide AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) and warranty support.
• Monitor and improve service effectiveness continuously.

3. Service Scope

Our service team is available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM for:

• Routine maintenance and inspections
• Troubleshooting and repair
• Spare parts replacement
• AMC visits and breakdown service
• Warranty support

4. Warranty Support

All equipment carries a standard warranty. Any service during this period will be provided without service charges. Spares will be chargeable as mentioned in the warranty terms

5. AMC Services

• AMC Period: 12 Months
• No service charges during AMC
• Spares and consumables (filters, chemicals, etc.) are extra
• Daily monitoring is customer's responsibility
• Post AMC, visit charges and spare charges apply

6. Continuous Improvement

Regular feedback from customers will be collected to evaluate and improve our service operations. Training programs are conducted for all service engineers to upgrade technical skills and customer handling.
